A good alternative for this lamp is the GE LED130/2M400/740 # 43252, it also operates on the same ballast and replaces the 400 watt metal halide lamp. • This 165 watt LED is a direct replacement to a 400 watt metal halide bulb and can be installed directly into the existing EX39 (mogul) socket of a 400 watt metal halide fixture. The LED also uses the existing fixture's optics and ballast (either probe or pulse start) and is compatible with M135, M155, and M59 ballasts. With a rated life of 50,000 hours the bulb will keep maintenance and utility costs down while saving energy.
